- Welcome to Schaer Talents! My name is Jaclyn Schaer, and I am a mother to 2 beautiful daughters (2 and a 1 month old) and a wife to a wonderful husband. My goal in starting this blog is to show you what I love to do and to share with you a little piece of my life. I am originally from California, moved to Georgia for 4 years and now back in CA. At a young age I was always an arts and crafts kind a girl and knew I wanted a career in that field. I have been drawing ever since I could and I learned to crochet in High School. I have done odd jobs here and there, drawing portraits, painting murals and learning a new skill, photography. One day I was looking at Etsy.com and I saw all these way cute crocheted hats and I thought well I can do that. So I decided to crochet a hat for my daughter, little did I know that all my friends wanted one for their child or needed a baby shower gift for a friend. So here I am, working on opening my own store on Etsy.com You see I love anything from crochet to Art to photography. I am finally starting my dream of doing what I love.
